By using cashleaks.ai (the "Site") and purchasing services from Brinkerhoff Systems LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Our Services

Cash Leaks AI provides AI-powered business diagnostic tools and consulting services for service-based businesses. We are not a business opportunity. Our services are diagnostic and consultative in nature.

The Revenue Leak Calculator provides estimates based on the information you provide. Actual results depend on your specific business circumstances, implementation, and external market factors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

3. The AI Business Diagnostic

The Diagnostic is a 90-minute consultation with a branded report delivered within 24 hours. Scheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary with reasonable notice.

4. Payments and Pricing

Diagnostic pricing: $997 standard, with promotional pricing available at our discretion
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through NMI
Install credit: The full Diagnostic fee credits toward The Install if you proceed within 90 days of your Diagnostic call

5. Refund Policy

Free quiz and email report: No charge, no refund applicable
AI Business Diagnostic: Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of purchase AND before the Diagnostic call takes place. Once the Diagnostic call has been delivered, no refund is available as the service has been rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the quiz, calculator methodology, AI-generated reports, video content, and branding — is the property of Brinkerhoff Systems LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your Diagnostic report is licensed for your personal business use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.

7. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information during the quiz and registration process. Providing false information may result in inaccurate results and recommendations.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our email reports and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence based on your quiz responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be considered as guidance, not as guaranteed analysis. The Diagnostic call with James provides the human verification and deeper analysis.

9. No Professional Advice

Our services provide business diagnostics and recommendations. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of revenue leak calculations, the suitability of our recommendations, or the results you may achieve.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brinkerhoff Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brinkerhoff Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
